Shipping and Returns

Our normal policies are as follows:

Orders are processed Monday- Saturday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 2PM EST will be fulfilled the next business day. We strive to typically ship all orders within 24-72 hours of placement. Shipping time varies and is dependent upon location; however most orders will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Please note that the Covid-19 epidemic has caused some delays with the US mailing system and we appreciate your patience. However, we will do our best to ensure your package reaches you in timely fashion. Once your order is packaged, you will receive tracking information via email. Please be sure to verify that your order and shipping information is correct, including any apartment/suite/unit details. If your shipping information changes before we ship out your order, please email us at and we will be happy to make the change. We cannot make any changes to addresses once an order has been shipped from our facility. Please note that if an order is returned to us due to missing information, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost associated with re-shipping. 


*irayo LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/rerouted or damaged packages by the UPS/USPS. We unfortunately cannot issue any refunds or replacement for lost or stolen items. Please file a claim directly with UPS/USPS for orders mismanaged by the mail system.

 International buyers please note: S&H does not include any taxes or duties that may be owed to the destination country.  Those fees (if any) are buyers responsibility."

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your order in the condition it was sent, you will be refunded the amount paid (minus the shipping cost).
